Sap Vorstand Mueller Tritt Wegen Unangemessenem Verhalten Zurueck

SAP board member Müller resigns over 'inappropriate behaviour'

Müller has been accused of making inappropriate comments to a female colleague

Müller has denied the allegations but has resigned from his position with immediate effect

SAP board member Stefan Müller has resigned from his position with immediate effect following allegations of "inappropriate behaviour".

The allegations were made by a female colleague, who claims that Müller made inappropriate comments to her on several occasions.

Müller has denied the allegations, but has said that he is resigning in order to "avoid any further damage to the company".

SAP has said that it is investigating the allegations and that it is committed to "maintaining a respectful and inclusive workplace".

Müller's resignation is the latest in a series of high-profile departures from SAP in recent months.

In May, SAP CEO Bill McDermott left the company to join ServiceNow.

And in June, SAP CFO Luka Mucic left the company to join Deutsche Telekom.

The departures have raised questions about the future of SAP, which is facing increasing competition from cloud-based rivals such as Salesforce and Oracle.

SAP is the world's largest enterprise software company, with over 400,000 customers in 180 countries.

The company employs over 95,000 people worldwide and had revenue of €27.8 billion in 2018.
